Due to the agreement between the transport operators in Rio de Janeiro and the State Government, where there is any interruption to the circulation of the trains, i.e, when the journey cannot be continued, SuperVia must provide those passengers affected with a “Follow On” card.
The card is the equivalent of 1 (one) ride on any mode of transport in the metropolitan region of Rio de Janeiro.
