2021 was challenging for our company. Besides the fact that we are still dealing with the repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic, that resulted in a reduction of passengers transported and which broadened our financial difficulties for maintaining operations, we also observed an increase in number of public safety occurrences, which impacted the availability of travelling, leading to the need to enter dialogues with the public organisations that deal with the passenger rail transportation in the Rio de Janeiro metropolitan area. Despite all these difficulties, we forged on strongly and firmly with our efforts to serve each and every one of our clients.
